On Sunday, December 11, 2022, we formally launched the Africa Academy for Counter-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Studies (AACAS) as the premier higher institution focused on fighting fraud and corruption through academic learning, research and service leveraging on global partnerships. That day, we also commissioned the first counter-fraud house in Africa to commemorate the tenth anniversary of RabloWoods Counter Fraud Learning Centre.

Thank you to His Excellency, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu – The Executive Governor of Lagos State who was represented by the State Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Mr. Moyosore Jubril Onigbanjo, SAN, Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa – the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Professor Bolaji Owasanoye – Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) who was represented by the Resident Commissioner for ICPC Lagos, Mr Kabir Elelu for commissioning the building.
